Corporate Lawyer / Law Professor
Christina Garcia Frasco is a feisty young woman who is a perfect example of beauty and brains combined. This lawyer devotes her time to practicing and teaching law, and aiding in projects for women, children and senior citizens all over Cebu as the Province’s consultant. She is concurrently the resident associate for Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc and Delos Angeles at their newly-opened Visayas Branch Law Office in Cebu.
Her Passion
From a family that is deeply associated with politics, it is inevitable for Christina to be passionate about service. Even though her schedule is always tight, she makes it a point to find time to aid in programs and projects that benefit women, children and senior citizens throughout the entire Province of Cebu.
Her Accomplishments
Christina earned her Juris Doctor (Doctor of Laws) degree from the Ateneo School of Law. She has represented the Philippines as an oralist at the Jessup International Law Competition, the world’s most prestigious moot court competition. Christina is also the receipient of the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award and has been conferred with the Outstanding Woman Advocate Award by the Cebu Provincial Women’s Commission. But Christina has no plans of stopping there — she welcomes challenges and opportunities for learning and growth, both in her career and personal life.
The Cebuano Culture
“We Cebuanos are a product of our rich culture and heritage. I believe that this what defines us and gives us that edge as we converse with the rest of the world through our festivals, our products and our talents,” says Christina.
